1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bali Peptide Lab website and any enquiries or orders made through the website or associated communication channels.

Bali Peptide Lab is presented under the TAM Global brand. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to the operator of Bali Peptide Lab by TAM Global.

2. Research-use products

Products identified as research products, research peptides or laboratory compounds are supplied for laboratory and scientific research purposes only.

They are not intended for human consumption, self- administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of any disease or medical condition.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are acquired, handled, stored and used appropriately and in accordance with any applicable requirements.

3. Product information

We aim to present product names, amounts, specifications, images, pricing and availability accurately. Product information may be updated from time to time as catalogue information changes.

Images are provided for identification and presentation purposes and may not always represent every packaging or production variation.

4. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

The price shown for the selected product or variant at the time an order is reviewed will be used to prepare the order summary and WhatsApp draft.

If a pricing or catalogue error is identified before an order is accepted, we may contact you to confirm the correct details before proceeding.

5. Product availability

Product availability may change and displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that stock will remain available.

Availability and any applicable dispatch timing may be confirmed before an order is accepted.

6. WhatsApp order handoff

The website allows you to review your cart and continue to WhatsApp with a draft message containing relevant order information.

The draft may include products, selected variants, quantities, individual prices, applied coupons and the final IDR total.

No WhatsApp message is sent automatically. You should review the draft before choosing to send it through WhatsApp.

7. Order acceptance

Submitting or sending an order enquiry does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

An order may remain subject to confirmation of product availability, pricing, selected options, delivery or collection arrangements and any other information reasonably required to complete the order.

8. Coupons and promotional offers

Coupons or promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, validity periods, minimum order values, product exclusions or usage limits.

A promotion cannot be applied where its stated conditions are not met.

9. Delivery and collection

Available delivery, collection or dispatch arrangements will be confirmed as part of the order process.

Any estimated dispatch or delivery timing is subject to stock availability, order confirmation and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Requests to cancel an order, return a product or request a refund will be considered according to the circumstances of the order, the nature and condition of the product, and any applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with an order.
