Bali delivery areas & arrangements
Delivery is free to all Bali locations, including Canggu, Ubud and Uluwatu. Orders are delivered via Gojek to the place you are staying in Bali, such as your hotel, villa or other accommodation. Confirm the delivery address and handover arrangements with the team in WhatsApp. Orders placed before 5pm Bali time qualify for same-day delivery, subject to stock availability and order confirmation.

Arrange delivery to where you are staying
1. Check the research material
Review the exact identity, labelled strength, current stock and available documentation. A published study or COA is not proof of suitability for human use.
2. Confirm your order
Review your cart and continue to WhatsApp. Confirm payment and, for advance orders, your arrival date. A checkout draft does not confirm payment or reserve stock.
3. Agree the Gojek handover
Share the accommodation name, full address or map pin and a contact number privately with the team. If reception will receive it, confirm permission and tell the team who will accept the delivery.
Bali delivery questions
Do Canggu, Seminyak and Ubud have different delivery fees or cutoffs?
No separate suburb fee or cutoff applies to the confirmed Bali service. Delivery is free, with the same before-5pm Bali-time cutoff for eligible same-day orders. Stock, order confirmation and the delivery arrangements still need to be checked.
Can I order before arriving in Bali?
Yes, you can order before arrival with a 50% deposit of the purchase price. Send your transfer receipt in your WhatsApp order conversation. Once the team confirms receipt of the deposit, Bali Peptide Lab will hold your order until your agreed arrival date. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Can I collect an order instead?
Confirm collection availability, the address and an agreed time with the team first. A delivery area is not a shop location, and this page does not list walk-in premises.
What if an item is marked Pre-Order?
Pre-Order items need a confirmed availability date from the team. Same-day delivery does not apply until stock is available. Check the exact product and strength before making travel or delivery plans.
Can you guarantee an exact delivery time or a weekend slot?
Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Bali time, with limited replies on weekends. Support hours are not a guarantee of weekend or public-holiday delivery. Ask the team to agree an estimated delivery window; exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
